What ethics are really…!!!!

We have heard this term many times.. “I work according to my ethics”.. or something like..”Its against my ethics”.

So what actually is ethics. According to a standardized definition..

“Moral principles that govern a person’s behavior or the conducting of an activity”.

So, we can define ethics of a person as the rights and wrongs according to his personal beliefs.

Ethics plays a very important role in a person’s life.  Ethics are usually adopted from parents, religion or the person’s personal experience.  Ethics decide the person’s character and how he/she must be. It shows the morals the individual follows. Ethics decide the path the person is follows.

For example: If a person decides he wont smoke because it is bad, then he will stick to his point no matter what the matter is. On other hand, a chain smoker will not leave smoking until and unless if he cares for his family or his/her personal life.

Ethics covers the following dilemmas:

  • how to live a good life
  • our rights and responsibilities
  • the language of right and wrong
  • moral decisions – what is good and bad?

It’s very difficult to overcome the ethical points. But for the betterment of society or personal benefits, one can also give up their ethics at some point of time.

Some masterminds also take advantage of these ethics and brainwash the people’s minds. We can see a clear example of all ill-human activities taking place around the world. That brings a non-peaceful environment.

So one must have all the views cleared before making any thing as their decision of right or wrong. Because a single wrong decision may cost you much in your life and as well as others in the society..
